Do you ever arrange any educational trips or holidays to Greece with the Classics Department? When is your next vacation to Athens for example?! Maybe there are conferences or summer schools organised in Greece for 2014. Can you send me details? Thank-you. James Wallace (SHSS Member)
I'm afraid we do not organise trips to Greece. There are various programmes for summer schools (on classical topics) organised either by Universities from around the world, or by research institutes based at Athens. You could have a look e.g. at the webpages of the British School at Athens and the Norwegian Institute.
This is the first I have heard of the society. I am 71 and am doing an MA in Greek Drama with the Open University. In the distant past I have a BsC from Edinburgh. I would ask you to enrol me as a member to kkeep me posted on events.
